- clear career progression into Platform Engineer, Data Engineer, QA Engineer or Software Engineer
- support a number of business critical applications
Responsibility
- handling simple “How do I…” application queries to investigating Single Sign On integrations and more complex application problems
- own and communicate effectively when raising tickets to various third-party companies regarding service level escalations and customer contractual agreements
- management, planning and configuration of tools to support internal delivery teams
- be part of a team which champions our products and ways of working
- work closely with the Engineering squad to help triage and ensure all defects meet the SLA and continue to reduce the Mean Time to Resolve
