we are looking for an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to join our leading capital markets FinTech
this position sits within our fast-paced marketing team and will work closely with the Design Lead to bring the Sharegain brand to life through social channels and other digital mediums
the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for marketing assets, including but not limited to production of external decks, website, and visual assets
within the role, you will collaborate with members from the wider team, and support other departments within the business, including colleagues in the New York and Israel offices
you will also be expected to handle multiple projects, work across ad-hoc tasks such as internal presentations and be an independent decision-maker, as well as be adept in taking direction and working as a part of a team
collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives, messaging, and brand guidelines
help establish and maintain brand guidelines to streamline design processes and maintain brand integrity
optimise our customers journey through our website, ensuring it reflects the latest trends in web design
experience in HTML or CSS would be beneficial
