this full-time position is an on-site role located in Leeds
as an Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the new hire process

this includes preparing and processing new employee paperwork, entering employment data into our internal system, maintaining employee files, and scheduling orientation sessions
you will be a key member of the recruitment team and will work closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure a positive onboarding experience
Requirements
strong administrative and organizational skills
prior experience in HR and/or onboarding preferred
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently, while also collaborating with others
associate's degree or equivalent work experience
