Responsibility
- work with our Founders to understand the brief and benefits for new products before bringing the packaging to life
- collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand the vision and requirements for new product launches
- liaise with the operations team to ensure new artwork is delivered in the correct format to the correct suppliers on time
- support the marketing team with any creative digital requests for the website
- develop creative solutions that effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each product, appealing to our target audience
- participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas, and contributing to the development of designs for new product launches
- implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs iteratively
- maintain and organise the company's digital asset library, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant teams
Requirements
- proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, including digital design and packaging design
- proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
- proven experience in packaging design and understanding of print design requirements
- passion for communication and design, effortlessly creative and an eye for detail
- strong understanding of branding and the ability to work within brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency
- effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret project requirements
- confident talking to stakeholders, gathering requirements and presenting ideas back
- ability to manage time efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
