Responsibility
- core responsibilities are to provide day-to-day support for Field Engineers and Workshop teams
- the role involves handling the administrative duties using internal systems ensuring all data is accurate and detailed
- booking variety of faulty machines into the workshop for future inspection and repair – following specific requirements of certain customers
- JOB TITLE: Service Logistics Administrator
- providing administrative support services for both Workshop and Field Services team
- follow procedures as instructed
- updating calls with clear and concise detail on our call management system
- working closely with the team to fulfil all the daily enquiries, making sure all parts and units are processed in a timely manner and resolving any issues met
Requirements
- the ideal candidate for this role will be someone with some office-based administrative experience who is familiar with a warehouse environment
- ability to follow standard procedures
- ability to update internal systems accurately with concise detail
- ability to work independently
