Requirements


  • graphic Design
  • degree in graphic design
  • open to looking at all experience levels from recently graduated up to 10 years’ experience
  • after Effects, Blender and Figma would be advantageous but training can be given
  • typography experience would be preferable
  • shown equal strength in concept and craft
  • have portfolios that show standout motion design & animation work, as well as strong graphic design skill
  • demonstrate the ability to tailor design outcomes to the project and its audience
  • have proven typographic, graphic design and art direction skills
  • know how to remove complexity from intricate information
  • can manage their own time, work directly with stakeholders, prioritise projects and deliver to changing deadlines
  • evidence of a portfolio
  • proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the finance sector
  • proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • eligible for SC Clearance
  • A working knowledge of graphics industry-standard software, with a high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • experience creating high quality digital assets such as infographics, whitepapers, brochures and leaflets

Responsibility


  • delivers new business projects and/or specific creative assignments
  • creates and delivers industry-leading, campaigns/design projects that are on brand and aligned with content and brand strategy
  • leadership & management responsibilities / expertise
  • individual contributor with specific technical expertise
  • part of global team - no management/leadership responsibilities
  • collaborates with Creative Project Managers, Content Strategists, Creative Leads and/or stakeholders, to work on several projects at a time and be involved in all phases of creative development
  • plans and executes selected design projects in collaboration with a wider creative team, including Design Manager, Creative Director, Creative Project Managers, Writers, additional Art Directors, and production artists
  • develops and translates concepts into effective visual designs for individual communication tactics and integrated marketing campaigns across a range of both print and digital tactics, including: print and digital advertising, marketing and sales collateral, direct mail, infographics, social posts, event and tradeshow displays
  • produce creative design from concept all the way through to final artwork for the internal marketing team across Bank’s brands
  • liaise with key stakeholders and project managers to ensure the timely delivery of all print and digital marketing material
  • successful candidates will have strong experience of Adobe Creative Suite and will come from a design agency or creative in-house team
  • manage your own workflow to ensure timely delivery of requests
