Responsibility
- assist with the management of the Learning Area including curriculum, quality, budgeting, staff deployment and performance management and learner management
- establish relationships with local employers in order to drive the curriculum forward
- A teaching commitment of 10 hours per week will be required
- work with the Learning Area Manager, providing effective leadership to the Learning Area by providing clear direction to staff, enabling, inspiring, motivating and supporting them to provide the highest quality of education
