- pro-active participation to develop and maintain the Volvo Dealer loyalty and image
- reporting and analysing follow up on dealer inventory performance, whilst securing dealer excellence through proactive support
- participation in network meetings
- in the region, you will be responsible for ensuring that business processes are adhered to
- providing support for management and discrepancy handling / escalation
- maximise the business performance of Volvo Trucks UK and the Dealer Network through the management of LPA and DSP Management
- you will need to participate in concept and involved system design, represent dealers and communicate improvement proposals to EMEA
