Requirements
- 2 year experience in a management position
- level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or equivalent
- proven experience in managing and leading teams in a residential care setting, ideally with experience in EBD, health, and LD care

- ▪ Essential that you have worked for two of the last 5 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children
