  • previous experience in market research, marketing, sales, business development or other commercial/client facing role
  • A passion for research. Enjoys keeping up with the latest thinking, reads widely. Enjoys variety, high level of curiosity
  • equally comfortable in classic and online research methods
  • on the quantitative side, experienced in questionnaire design, familiar with techniques such as MaxDiff, conjoint, factor and cluster analysis/segmentation, regression analysis
  • strong analysis and interpretative skills - confident to bring new perspective/point of view to the table
  • A track record in building a significant client account
  • on the qualitative side, experienced in running depth interviews, focus groups, and online qual projects, particularly in a B2B context - training can be provided

Responsibility


  • managing and supporting junior team members, reviewing their development, and delegating tasks to them
  • carrying out forecasting, whilst meeting and surpassing targets
  • exceptional client account management, liaising with partners on a regular basis
  • grow and expand the quality of work across your clients
  • develop and sustain new business initiatives and innovative solutions on client accounts
  • maintain a strategic outlook on client activity, and moderating workload across your team and managing quality control on product
  • regulate training and internal/external communication
  • working with internal teams to ensure paid search campaigns complement wider marketing efforts and achieve overall business goals
  • supporting on other research projects - supporting project lead by doing share of fieldwork/moderation, contributing to analysis, story development and debrief
  • being responsible for the client relationships and profitability of all accounts under your supervision
  • ensuring the successful development and implementation of client campaigns and jobs
