Requirements
- we are seeking an individual with a fun personality, who is great at interacting with pets and people
- industry qualification – Level 3 or a minimum of 5 years’ dog grooming experience
- confidence in handling all breeds of dogs in a safe manner
- proven experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related field
- excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers and their pets daily
- knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- having the highest of expectations in presentation and cleanliness
- familiarity with loss prevention technologies and tools
