  • we are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk
  • the James Mercer Group Limited is a family-owned building services company, based in Preston
  • process purchase ledger invoices and credit notes efficiently and accurately onto the account’s software
  • attach delivery tickets
  • ensure the supplier statements are reconciled and follow up on any anomalies
  • take supplier calls
  • send out any disputes to the relevant department and follow up as necessary
  • completion of new supplier account forms
