Responsibility
execute assigned tasks efficiently and effectively in various sections of the kitchen, including but not limited to, appetizers, entrees, and desserts
contribute to menu development and innovation, bringing fresh ideas and creative flair to our seasonal offerings
maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering to minimize waste and optimize kitchen operations
collaborate with the Head Chef and fellow team members in all aspects of food preparation, ensuring adherence to our standards of excellence
execute assigned tasks efficiently and effectively in various sections of the kitchen, including but not limited to daily bread making, chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and food standards
flexibility to undertake other duties as allocated by the Head Chef, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the kitchen and restaurant
