Requirements
- proven experience in fish preparation/processing is Desirable
- minimum of 2 years’ experience within a supervisory role in Food Manufacturing is Essential
- proven experience within a FMCG setting handling raw materials
- minimum of 2 years’ experience within a supervisory role in a FMCG setting or Manufacturing
- organisational skills and management of results
- coaching & development of teams
- ability to effectively allocate & maximise resource
- A self-starter with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
Responsibility
- our Business is growing, and we need an additional Supervisor to help manage and oversee all warehouse activities and maximize warehouse productivity
- ensure regular briefings and communications to the team
- take ownership of department KPI’s, ensuring targets are fully met through the management and monitoring of team’s performance
- maintain and clean workstations to reduce the risk of food contamination and adhere to food safety guidelines
- comply with all legalities, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental policies
