Responsibility
- this is a new post to support the Trust in the delivery of all key estates objectives
- please refer to the Job Description for a comprehensive list of responsibilities attached to this role
- to identify and oversee small works requirements
- that improve the building fabric where appropriate and addresses any Health & Safety or statutory compliance requirements
- to work closely with the Head of Estates on the the development of the Make Ready programme
- support, facilitate and monitor progress of programme and projects against agreed KPIs Support delivery and pace of projects within remit Design, develop and deliver training programmes across organisation to support project leads Assist and support the Programme Director to ensure project plans, risk logs highlight reports and project documentation is up to date and of a high quality To ensure adherence to PMO project lifecycle and embedding of PMO processes and governance within the Organisation Represent the Trust at internal and external programme board meetings
- in particular, the role will manage the day-to-day relationship with Operational senior management on Estates matters, such as Health & Safety compliance, ensuring a fit-for-purpose, safe and compliant environmentally maintained at all times
- the Strategic Estates department is responsible for ensuring that the buildings and facilities contracts are managed effectively and safely across the Trust to ensure that that the estate is fit for purpose, safe for workers/visitors/staff to work in/visit/use in and is legally compliant in all matters relating to the estate
