Responsibility
- ensure Connector is being used and data is clean and up to date
- undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Development Director
- to support across the Seasoned business including ODC, Tower Bridge and Merlin Venues where sales support is needed
- identify and maintain database of 10 key clients
- client manage a list of designated venue relationships to encourage additional referrals of business
- maintain regular contact with past clients and enquiries employing sales skills to gain more enquiries and confirmations from these clients
- produce weekly and ad hoc reports in the department
- maintain accurate records of all contacts and conversations with clients
