Requirements
- recognised Leadership and Management qualification – level 5
- university degree in a related field
- A minimum of 10 years' Customer Service experience, demonstrating clear progression, with a minimum of 5 years' experience at management level
- ability to work with a range of stakeholders and manage relationships effectively
- knowledge/experience of SAGE CRM
- thrives in a transformational environment, emerging business, building best-in-class processes
- ability to interact, challenge and communicate effectively with team members at all levels within the organisation
- ability to work independently or in a team environment with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibility
- oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards, reporting on performance and potential improvements
- key account management – assure continued relationships with an extensive base of high-value customers
- develop and proactively manage key internal customer relationships
- develop service procedures, policies and standards
- analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- working alongside the Vice President of Sales Director to develop customer service strategies, which also consider immediate and long-term team member requirements
- keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
