Requirements
- prince2 certification is desirable
- experience within a high growth environment, such as a start-up/scale-up
- technologically minded, with a keen eye for harnessing technology to drive business improvements and prior experience identifying opportunities for automation
- prior line management experience with the ability to supervise, inspire and motivate team members on a daily basis
- able to analyse information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems
- demonstrable project management, operations and process execution skills with the ability to deliver high quality output in a timely manner
- curious and innovative, keen to harness the latest technologies
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams at all levels
