minimum of 10 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
proven track record of implementing global finance processes and systems

excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization
demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
strong and established relationships with a broad range of borrowers, advisors, banks and investors

expert in the Corporate and FS syndicated loan product and structures
able to communicate meaningfully and simply a range of complex issues
