  • to be responsible for accurate Warranty work and to ensure that parts exchanged are returned for claim when required
  • ensure Technicians retain Parts for warranty return when required

  • present warranty claims invoices for payment to BMW Ltd providing explanation of charges when required
  • ensure that all claim queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • to approve work order and ensure times allotted are not exceeded and that additional work is recorded accurately with the Workshop Manager
