- freedom's Networks team have a vacancy for Project Manager. The main purpose of the role will be to manage the OHL works programme involving low and high voltage rebuilds, refurbishment schemes across the North Yorkshire region
- freedom Newtorks are looking for a Field Manager to manage/supervise all construction activity on the OHL LV ESQCR works across the Essex area

- the main purpose of this role is to manage a team to achieve delivery to time, safety regulations, quality standards and project specification
- project Management of all OHL works, ensuring that work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and client specifications; Ensure compliance with all street works regulations

- provide guidance to team members to ensure the safe, effective and efficient implementation of Freedom’s operations
- maintaining a full programme of works ensuring all operatives work to their full productivity levels; Ensure all completion documentation is submitted to management in a timely manner; Liaising with client contract coordinators, council staff and engineers; Dealing with the general public as required
- this will include a mixture of Substation, Underground Cable and Overhead Line projects, as we expand our base of projects following a number of key wins and a strong pipeline

- ensure Client satisfaction and contract KPIs are met/exceeded
- ensure that financial planning and Forecasting is accurate
- monitor and report on progress of work to the customer as required

- sound knowledge of Health & Safety and its practical implications
- NEBOSH/SMSTS Level Safety accreditation
- pre-emptively identifying any potential blockers or issues and moving to prevent them materialising
- excellent ability to communicate at all levels
- good people management, leadership, and development skills
- CDM knowledge
- full Driving Licence
- NVQ / ONC / HNC or above in a relevant subject
- progress and CVR reviews to the Ops Director and Board
- first Aid & Manual Handling - Desirable
- relevant experience in the Structured Cabling and Datacom Market Place
- experience of invoicing and financial control
- carrying out 121's with direct reports, setting goals and challenging the team to deliver
- escalation management
- IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS or other safety related qualification
- DNO Authorisations - Desirable
- overseeing monthly Applications and Invoicing, Forecasting and Cashflow in conjunction with senior Commercial staff
- contract Modelling
- NRSWA accredited
- must be able to support both SPEN SPM & SPD areas
