Requirements

gas and Heating: 3 years
at least 5 years experience with the breakdown of domestic gas boilers
minimum 5 years domestic gas boiler installation and breakdown experience
experience managing own workload
qualified installer of vented and unvented cylinders
minimum 2 years hands on experience
own Gas Safe Registration, with Gas Flue Analyser
confident driving and working in and around Central London
ability to work confidently in high end properties
own Van and Tools
hold a full UK Clean driving licence
experience with power-flushing heating system
access to Power Flush Machine
competent with all boiler servicing and installation across all major brands
strong customer service skills
plumbing: 1 year
\* Own a Van
\* Be Gas Safe registered
\* Hold ACS Certificates, in date and must include CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1
\* Have significant experience as a service & repair engineer

Responsibility

liaising with the Pimlico team, providing estimates, opportunities and sales leads
1st time fix on breakdowns & diagnostics on boiler and heating systems at every possible opportunity
providing technical support to on-site Engineers, customers and our customer service teams
general servicing and maintenance of domestic gas boilers
system repairs including pipe work, cylinders, valves, radiators
conducting pre-installation photo and video customer surveys to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day
complete remote digital audits on boiler installations through our bespoke CRM system
provide exceptional professional service to customers at all time
workmanship to be of the highest of standards for each customer attended
work in-progress and post-audit remote inspections

we're looking for a Gas Safe Engineer to complete services, safety checks, new boiler fitting and general plumbing work

pay: £350.00-£500.00 per day
