- planogram production – creating planograms that will increase revenue whilst optimising shelf and display space
- analyse sales and category data to identify ranges that are over or under-performing
- identify range inefficiencies and update planograms accordingly
- review and adapt planograms on a monthly basis
- work with Macro and Micro Space Planning Manager to deliver rolling 12 month category merchandising strategy
- work with Trading team to deliver Category plans
- delivery of site comms materials to ensure planograms are embedded at site level
- delivery of promotional planograms and supporting comms materials
