Responsibility

- monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and coordinating repairs when needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- collaborate with the management team to develop and improve operational processes and procedures
Requirements
- proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant environment
- strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food cost control
- excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
