exercise class was enjoyable and helps keep me active as a over 60 years old lady and the price is very acceptable, the coach is very attentive to myself and makes sure I’m not over doing the class movement to keep me safe.

Didn’t sign up with them but they were absolutely horrible to my friend! They should be ashamed for the way they treated her!!

It can get crowded at times but there’s hours and days you can go that ain’t crowded sometimes u can be the only one in
