Responsibility


  • 2 months contract with Camden Council
  • 2-3 months contract with Camden Council
  • check refuse chutes and if possible, clear blockages. If not possible to clear, report to the Neighbourhood Caretaking Team Leader or other appropriate officer
  • the service also involves a wide and varied range of responsibilities that includes overseeing the performance of waste management, grounds maintenance and managing health and safety issues, working with the Council’s various service teams and contractors through to supporting first responders in any given emergency
  • sweeping and cleaning halls, stairways, landings and other communal parts
  • changing bulk refuse bins, cleaning and keeping free from obstruction bin chambers and refuse chutes
  • general upkeep of fixtures and fittings within the buildings
  • gardening

  • industrial cleaning
