Responsibility
- creating travel bookings for Lush Employees UK and beyond
- supporting the Travel Manager in Monthly reporting
- out of hours service
- ensure compliance of our travelers in best practice and budgetary control
- ensuring safe travel arrangements for our colleagues
- preparing tickets and itineraries for dispatch to travelers and keeping traveler records up to date
- relocations, airport transfers, visa applications and day to day travel agency practice
- some flexible working to provide evening & weekend cover as needed

Requirements
- an essential requirement for this role to have a minimum of 2 years in either retail or business travel
- first class customer service skills
- ability to work in a team environment and with other departments and Managers

- have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player
