creating travel bookings for Lush Employees UK and beyond
supporting the Travel Manager in Monthly reporting
out of hours service
ensure compliance of our travelers in best practice and budgetary control
ensuring safe travel arrangements for our colleagues
preparing tickets and itineraries for dispatch to travelers and keeping traveler records up to date
relocations, airport transfers, visa applications and day to day travel agency practice
some flexible working to provide evening & weekend cover as needed

Requirements

an essential requirement for this role to have a minimum of 2 years in either retail or business travel
first class customer service skills
ability to work in a team environment and with other departments and Managers
good organisational skills
ability to prioritise your workload, take direction and work well under pressure
be flexible and keen to work in a different type of organisation
have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player
bags of initiative and attention to detail and a passion for all things travel
