Requirements
- REPs Level 3
- self-motivated with minimal supervision needed
- experience in staff and performance management
- basic understanding of budgets and financial reporting
- knowledge of health and safety best practices in leisure facilities
- strong interpersonal skills
- excellent attention to detail
