- we are in search of an innovative and dynamic Project Manager who will drive the successful completion of our diverse range of projects
- foster continuous contact with project sponsors and suppliers, ensuring comprehension and commitment to plans and requirements
- this role demands expert project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, including both internal and external stakeholders from various technical and business disciplines
- facilitate the collation of project requirements and assist users in defining their technical and operational needs
Requirements
- formal Project Management qualification, e.g., Prince 2 Practitioner, MSP
- preferred degree qualification
- extensive experience in managing Restaurant & Kitchen projects, from initiation through to implementation, as well as associated methods and tools
- familiarity with Agile methodologies and integrating Agile practices within a standard project framework
- proven track record in overseeing large and medium-scale hospitality projects
- proficiency in risk and issue management
- demonstrated capability in governance, quality management, budget control, and managing timescales
- strong planning and control skills using recognized planning tools, e.g., Microsoft Project
