A vital part of your role will be managing change effectively
manage diverse projects across all project phases, ensuring successful project delivery
lead the formation of multidisciplinary project teams for project-specific deliveries
maintain a comprehensive project status overview and provide regular updates to various forums
we are in search of an innovative and dynamic Project Manager who will drive the successful completion of our diverse range of projects
foster continuous contact with project sponsors and suppliers, ensuring comprehension and commitment to plans and requirements
this role demands expert project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, including both internal and external stakeholders from various technical and business disciplines
facilitate the collation of project requirements and assist users in defining their technical and operational needs
Requirements
formal Project Management qualification, e.g., Prince 2 Practitioner, MSP
preferred degree qualification
extensive experience in managing Restaurant & Kitchen projects, from initiation through to implementation, as well as associated methods and tools
familiarity with Agile methodologies and integrating Agile practices within a standard project framework
proven track record in overseeing large and medium-scale hospitality projects
proficiency in risk and issue management
demonstrated capability in governance, quality management, budget control, and managing timescales
strong planning and control skills using recognized planning tools, e.g., Microsoft Project
