Responsibility
- ensuring operation adhere to all rules and regulations regarding legal compliance
- delivering all operational KPIs in line with Partner, Customer, Profit and ensure compliance in line with all business wide metrics
- prioritising workload in line with service level agreements to enable lead-times to be met for both internal and external customers
- planning operational resource with Partners and agency
- developing and maintaining relationships with operational teams to ensure communication channels remain effective
- monitoring and analysing department KPIs to look for trends and opportunities to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- managing Driver requirements such as fuel cards and vehicle keys
- ensuring daily communication with Transport, Administration, Warehouse Team
Requirements
- previous Management Experience
- warehouse management experience
- leadership skills
- knowledge of transport operations & legal compliance
- home delivery experience
