Requirements

management: 3 years
requirements: cscs card, SSSTS or SMSTS, full ppe, tools and minimum 3 years experience working as a working foreman
minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the highways sector
strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site teams
strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate site risks
excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibility

apex is looking for Working Foreman in Clapham
manage and coordinate site teams to ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards
conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is progressing as planned and to identify any potential issues or risks
ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards
manage and maintain site documentation and records, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date
monitor site costs and manage budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within budget
liaise with Works Managers and Project Managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
