Requirements

  • valid Photo ID
  • be able to provide 2 references
  • previous experience essential
  • thermal insulation engineering / lagging: 2 years
  • you must have a Thermal Insulation Engineering Apprenticeship/Time-served
  • extensive experience of Thermal Insulation
  • previous experience of working on Petrochemical sites is desired
  • A valid TICA card or equivalent
  • be reliable, trustworthy and organised
  • be able to work within an experienced team or by themselves
  • be punctual and friendly
  • have the ability to be flexible and to adapt to change
  • have excellent knowledge of health and safety requirements and asbestos regulations and be able to convert this into practice
  • hold a full, clean driving licence for a minimum of 3 years, as this is an essential requirement to be insured
  • live local to Shropshire
  • asbestos removal: 1 year
  • any additional qualifications will be advantageous e.g. - PASMA, IPAF etc
  • be able to pass an enhanced DBS
