Responsibility


  • build, develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers through a CRM system
  • gather and record all client details
  • learn and develop a knowledge of the products available
  • be confident and clear in dealing with potential customers and be able to give advice on solutions suited to their needs
  • management of business development executive’s diaries
  • given our global expansion, the Telemarketer role is strategically important to place us as the market leader in the industry
  • as we start to amass a large client base which needs an extra touch of care and nurture, this will give you an opportunity to build relationships with C-Level execs and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors
  • lead Engagement: Follow up with leads through cold calling, emails, and social media, qualifying their interest in TechMan’s garage management solution
  • appointment Setting: Achieve a target of 15-20 qualified appointments per week for the sales team
  • targeted Outreach: Focus on cold leads, inbound leads, and warm, nurtured leads, following up appropriately to maximise conversions
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system
  • collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and optimise handoff processes
  • market Feedback: Share insights on trends, common customer pain points, and feedback to help refine our approach
