Responsibility


  • build, develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers through a CRM system

  • maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Pipedrive software
  • collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  • provide information about product features, and promotions during phone conversations
  • meet call quotas and sales targets set by the company to drive business growth
  • stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
