Requirements

deep understanding of the cyber-security soace
exposure to and understanding of a highly regulated environment i.e. finance
ability to understand business problems and deal with challenging stakeholders
technical Cyber expertise and proven experience delivering similar projects
5-7+ yrs working experience with Agile methodology
HCM Data Loader - HCM - Required
demonstrable 3 to 4 Oracle ERP / HCM Cloud project experience with focus on Data Migration
proven experience in Oracle ERP / HCM Cloud / EBS technology, specifically technical skills
able to own and complete data migration tasks on time and without issues
file Based Data Import - ERP - Required
oracle Integration Cloud - Desirable / Willing to learn
familiar with AIM/OUM Documentation Like CV040, CV020, etc. to support the ongoing data management team
required* Analytical skills to understand data migration requirements, interpret source data and discuss with functional consultants for mappings
source to target mapping for the data objects to be migrated
payroll Fast Formula - Desirable / Willing to learn

Responsibility

provide status information to Project Managers task status and completion timeframe estimates
work on a range of consulting engagements aligned with various security frameworks such as SPLUNK
provide security advisory services for customers in support of their cloud strategies
assist with pre–sales activities, providing security oversight to the sales team and helping to identify new business opportunities
provide support and technical knowledge of on-prem to Azure cloud migrations
review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements
create and maintain technical documents and procedures
