experience writing E2E test cases for modern front-end applications
experience testing backend services such as APIs, Databases, Microservices

the salary for this position of this Test Automation Engineer job will be circa of £450 – 500 a day depending on experience
front end automation using Cypress however will consider people with other UI based automation tools using JavaScript / TypeScript
experience in exploratory testing
familiar with Docker & Kubernetes
contract Testing with PACT
backend test automation using Rest Sharp however if you have Rest Assured, Karate, Jmeter, SOAPUI etc then please still apply
can write test code as production quality in C# however if you have Java or Python but will to cross-train into C# then please apply
experience with CI/CD and Cloud however if you don’t have this but a strong desire to learn, please still apply
degree in Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or related field
strong communication skills and ability to interact across levels and geographies
5-10 years of Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX implementation experience

Responsibility

implement ERP system, communicate with stakeholders and end users and document outcomes and action plans
identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with consultants and data migration specialists
mitigate issues, lead implementation phases and support post go-live period
communicate D365 issues and propose solutions to management
lead change request process and configure new functionality
assist with initiative prioritisation and develop design documents
communicate with stakeholders, drive initiatives and manage projects
provide feedback, share knowledge and work collaboratively
provide senior executive advice, reports and briefings
develop monthly analysis reports to identify defect trends
the Position
this role is working within one of our most critical and high priority areas of the business - our Wallet domain
carrying out both manual and automated testing including creating frameworks
reviewing existing legacy automation and decide on how to progress
you'll be working within a fairly new team, who focus on our backend services
focusing on 'shifting left' with the implementation of CI/CD pipelines
identifying areas for automation testing
advising on different tools, technologies and ways of working for different teams
working closely with the Developers to educate them on quality engineering, its impact and the importance of quality engineering
