  • the Cosmetic Surgery Patient Coordinator plays an essential part of the patient journey, acting as the key point of contact for patients from their initial booking through to the moment they proceed with surgery
  • day to day life as a Patient Coordinator is varied, including “surgeon preparation calls” to qualify & build rapport with patients, “surgeon clinics” where you’ll support surgeons face to face in clinic, meeting with patients to guide them through their journey and following up on patients who still have unanswered questions after meeting the surgeons
  • excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • exceptional tone and empathy, and ability to establish rapport quickly
  • huge determination and drive to succeed

Responsibility


  • main point of contact for Account Teams throughout the planning cycle and on the day execution of SIC engagement
  • work with Subject Matter Experts on product positioning and strategy for the agends
  • source and schedule internal Speakers/Executives / resolve scheduling changes as needed
  • act as a point of contact for sales leadership to drive the right accounts and opportunities to the SIC
  • adhoc projects as and when required, aligned to elevating the SIC portfolio and offerings
  • own and manage the success of high-quality briefings involving key customers & prospects
  • work closely with the SIC Coordinators in charge of shaping the experience for all briefings
  • partner with Subject Matter Experts on positioning products in a manner conducive to a briefing environment
  • serve as an effective business partner and provide consistent and clear communication to Workplace Services & Events Teams
  • create strong and lasting relationships with Sales, Marketing stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts involved in the briefings
  • promote and evangelize the SIC brand & value proposition
  • working closely with sales engineers and directors to complete order forms
  • responsible for converting unlimited warm leads into SALES via the telephone
