Requirements

  • you hold a valid driver's licence with 12 months experience that allows you to drive in the UK
  • ideally, you have already worked as a customer service representative, service agent or sales consultant and are an expert in customer support
  • proven experience in a sales role or a related field is preferred but not essential
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory

Responsibility

  • listening to clients to successfully match clients and properties
  • arranging and conducting viewings
  • negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
  • photographing of apartments/villas
  • handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
  • identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
  • prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals tailored to client needs
  • collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
  • track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets
  • stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • attend trade shows and networking events to promote our products and services
  • makes follow up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders
  • maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints
  • discusses customer requirements and advises them on the capabilities and limitations of the goods or services being sold quotes prices, credit details, delivery dates and payment -Arrangements for delivery and installation of goods if appropriate
  • generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
