Requirements

you have experience in service sector, which is relevant for our business
you distinguish yourself through your service-oriented way of thinking and value work that has direct customer contact
you have a confident demeanour and are not only sales-oriented, but perhaps even a charming sales talent
must be able to work a flexible schedule
willing to work on a shift rota basis to cover branch opening hours
you hold a valid driver's licence with 12 months experience that allows you to drive in the UK
ideally, you have already worked as a customer service representative, service agent or sales consultant and are an expert in customer support

Responsibility

outbound cold calling
generating new leads and business for the company
listening to clients to successfully match clients and properties
arranging and conducting viewings
negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
photographing of apartments/villas
handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
work to a number of pre-agreed sales targets including maximising revenue and margin
ensure all potential sales opportunities are emailed a quote
take ownership of your quotes and follow these up within 7 days
follow up any online bookings with a ‘failed payment’ status to try and secure the sale
outbound call our consumers to explore more upsell opportunities as well as contact all brochure orders for a follow up service
provide sales support for our direct customers via Phone, Email, Chat, WhatsApp and Social with the objective of providing exceptional service and ensuring that every customer is offered the right advice and product options to suit them
gain specialist product knowledge by thoroughly reading our product descriptions online, attending fam trips and supplier training sessions
pricing leads in preparation for telephone meetings
making outbound scripted calls to businesses meeting pre-arranged appointments
generating revenue by converting leads to sales, ensuring that prices are aligned with the sales department objectives
successfully and pro-actively managing your sales pipeline within our in-house CRM database
accurately recording and collating information in order to maintain a fully auditable record
to uphold the company values and brand in all aspects of your work and day to day interactions
