Responsibility
ownership of the revenue forecast for your clients, ensuring group and UK GAAP revenue recongnition rules consistently apply
understand the importance of cashflow to the business including the impact of working capital
own all company-wide revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with US GAAP reporting
develop good internal relationships and become the main point of contact to your ACM teams for all queries and training
ensure revenue recognition policies are always up to date & compliant
undertake analysis of open jobs and ensure regular job closing
provide monthly revenue and deferred revenue analysis to C Suite
manage the month end close process for all revenue streams
partner cross functionally involving pre-contract reviews with account teams, Commercial / Legal teams and VPs

responsibility for all FCA invoicing, including on account and periodic fees and sundry invoicing

The Revenue Assurance & Billing Manager is a pivotal role within the business, working closely with colleagues across all departments including Finance, Sales & Operational Procurement.
The Revenue Assurance & Billing Manager will improve the revenue tracking process, realisation and minimise leakage, which will involve understanding and taking ownership of expected spend vs actual.
The role is responsible for all aspects of revenue assurance, including reporting, advanced data analysis, leakage management and leakage prevention. This will involve working with stakeholders across the business to identify and prevent revenue leakage, whilst ensuring issues / trends are identified and root cause solutions are embedded across the organisation.
