  • our local authority client is a hub of vibrant and innovative initiatives, and they play a pivotal role in fostering transformation across their diverse and dynamic region
  • as a Project Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that financial benefits of each initiative across the transformation programme are clearly defined, measurable, and effectively managed
  • supporting the migration and cleanse efforts of the Record to Report Data team and Project and Asset Accounting
  • supporting planning, progress meetings, stand-ups, logs, RAID, forecasts, reporting, resources and measures/KPIs
  • critical engagements with stakeholders
  • supporting Data Migration of ORACLE Project and Asset Accounting data
  • designing Work Breakdown Structures , Networks, Activities, Scheduling, Assets capitalization
  • leading on delivering financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • leading with delivering planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • facilitating regular meetings with budget holders and programme mangers to review and challenge financial performance against current project budgets
  • preparation of the in-year and multi-year budgets for income and resource and capital expenditure
  • preparation of monthly management accounts and monitoring income and expenditure
