Requirements

strong academics
able to handle your own caseload and be highly organised
proficiency with IT skills allowing you to operate in-house programmes
previous experience of private client, wealth structuring and tax advice
possess a good technical knowledge of the relevant areas of the law whilst providing an excellent client service
strong attention to detail and high accuracy
experience of working on transactions and large projects
flexible attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are also essential
confident and effective communicator
excellent academics, minimum 2.1 and A,B, B at A Level
genuine motivation to use technology to improve customer experiences in legal services
A working knowledge of charities would be advantageous
preferably STEP membership
minimum 3 year’s PQE and a solid private client experience, particularly at all levels of complexity of will writing and estate planning
must have a clean, valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying

professional with a pro-active approach; excellent client care skills and ability to deal with client matters sensitively and resolve complicated practicalities

Responsibility

advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning strategies
you will work closely with clients, providing them with advice, guidance, and support tailored to their individual needs
handling a full case load of Private Client matters
assisting with the administration of estates and trusts
drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents
probate, Tax, Trust and complex Estate Accounts case files
minimum 3 years PQE
administering and Drafting of Wills and LPAs
wills and estate planning matters
