Requirements


  • conveyancing: 1 year
  • act as a team leader for future junior members of the team
  • completed, or currently undertaking, Licensed Conveyancing Level 6 or equivalent
  • at least 2 years’ experience working within the New Build Conveyancing system; plot sales and purchasing
  • be confident in financing and re-financing
  • good understanding of workflows and precedent systems to improve and design workflows
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • high standards of client care with a professional and pleasant manner
  • teach, guide, and improve junior members of the team to develop their skills and experience, thus shaping the future of Lyons Bowe
  • strong business development skills with contacts in the property sector in their local area
  • to be able to work to a high standard and possess a fine attention to detail and to be organised and efficient whilst working under pressure
  • business develop with the Head of New Build as well as working autonomously so grow the development side of the New Build team
  • strong understanding of legal technology and how that can be used and integrated into a conveyancing department
  • qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2 years experience in Residential Property / Conveyancing
  • strong knowledge and experience in handling a broad range of conveyancing matters
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • A team player with a collaborative approach, eager to contribute to the success of the firm
  • high levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
