This Global Payroll Specialist role includes the following duties: Ensuring completion of ad hoc payments template by HR Managers Reconciliation of the monthly payroll changes and validation of the output received from the payroll provider. Maintaining strong working relationships with HR, Reward and Finance departments and working together on the system and process improvements. Establishing and maintaining a relationship with the external payroll teams to ensure all country payrolls are delivered accurately, securely, timely, and compliantly. Preparation of various reports as required by management or key stakeholders in different payroll locations. Liaising with the local HR team to ensure our knowledge of employee activities are kept up to date. Responsible for the management of the payroll mailbox and acting as the first point of contact for the handling of employees’ payroll-related enquiries efficiently using the mailbox.
