mortgage applications and sign ups
meeting Clients and discussing Mortgage and Protection services
telephone & Face-to-face advice servicing all of their in-house referrals effectively
provide excellent customer service
offering excellent customer service and advise
writing mortgage and Protection business
sourcing the right mortgages and protection products from a great whole of the market
closing for business in a competitive market
building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support
attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
taking part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships
being able to walk our customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs
joining a team of 7 advisors this client is looking to expand the business
alongside this, they have a team of administrators to make sure your time is spent with the client
this is an employed proposition, with a generous bonus scheme
ensure all details are fully completed on CRM immediately once new enquiry received
advise customers on their mortgage options from the whole of market
support customers with mortgage advice, recommending products based on their individual circumstances
required to maintain existing broker and customer relationships generating leads from these contacts
providing exceptional service and advice to all customers ensuring great customer outcomes
