Requirements

ceMap or other industry recognised qualification is essential
whole of market experience is essential

able to build and forge strong relationships
previous experience in the financial services industry, preferably in mortgage lending or banking
strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan processes, and industry regulations
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
you must be able to commute to the office at least twice a week and have a valid driving licence

experience in Mortgage Advice

ceMAP qualified and CAS is essential

Responsibility

observing the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority
managing a busy diary and working smart to ensure your targets are met
effectively work with the estate agency team to promote mortgage and financial services business
identify customers’ financial needs and advise them on the best products that suit their requirements
liaising with Sales Negotiators to ensure effective referrals
following the firm’s compliance processes at all times
keeping up to date with relevant regulatory, product, legislative and technical requirements
giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in branch
being commercially aware to refer business into other channels of the business
liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals
collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to ensure smooth loan processing
our client is a rapidly expanding, dynamic company seeking Advisers with experience to join their team
the role will involve working with hot leads, servicing clients over the telephone, and developing new clients alongside this
there is a retainer available at £2,000 per month for the first three months for the right candidate
there is also the opportunity to refer businesses at highly competitive rates, including wealth, equity release, and commercial/bridging
