Responsibility


  • we are seeking a talented, experienced individual with sales and membership experience
  • the successful candidate will be passionate about event planning and will be responsible for selling tickets to social events and fundraisers
  • the right candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • research and recommend clubs, programs, facilities, and activities that would enhance the members' experience
  • meet sales goals for a designated area
  • provide helpful information about membership packages
  • set up meetings with prospective members
  • schedule meetings with potential new members
  • present club packages to potential members
  • utilize sales techniques to generate leads and convert them into membership sales
  • engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide information about our membership options
  • conduct sales presentations and tours of the facility to showcase the benefits of becoming a member
  • follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • collaborate with the Club Manager to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth
  • utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data
  • conducting a needs analysis with all prospective members
  • conducting sales tours of the facilities
  • the role encompasses client prospecting, site presentations, site tours, marketing initiatives and plans, development of clientele database and delivery of membership to the monthly targets set by the organisation
