Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent
  • A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
  • at least 3 years of experience working within the sector
  • NVQ 3 or J-Modules in Lift Engineering
  • A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
  • assembling
  • no formal qualification required; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds such as industrial fitting, mechanics, forklift operation, or plant engineering
  • strong mechanical aptitude, tools knowledge and a passion for hands-on work

Responsibility

  • take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
  • carry out effective communications with the client and administration team

  • work closely with other engineers and provide support and training to more junior members of the team
  • adhering to all instructions and completing work in a finished state ready for testing
  • carrying out new and bespoke lift installations across the country
  • assisting lead engineer
  • working efficiently and in line with health and safety standards
  • liaising directly with clients on site
