Requirements

relevant and current Lifesaving qualification such as National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or STA Lifeguarding
applicants must hold the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
focused and dedicated to the roe
punctuality and reliability
ability to work as part of a team
possessing a caring and sensitive approach to the needs of young children
willingness to train and participate in our staff development programme
job Type: Zero hours contract
certified National Lifeguard
previous experience is preferred
strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
enthusiasm for working with children and adults of all ages
ability to work Friday from 7.30 pm to 10 pm
