Requirements

a minimum of twelve months’ management experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry

this will include life-guarding, erecting and dismantling sports equipment and ensuring the cleanliness of all facilities to the highest standards

Responsibility

the Role
this role would suit an individual with a background in hospitality
daily management and general administration
the Assistant Manager role description and responsibilities below are not exclusive and additional responsibilities and tasks may be required
the role is varied, exciting and challenging
provide day to day strategic leadership to all site teams
set, monitor and regularly review team performance and objectives
you will be hands on across all areas of the busy centre
3.To assist with the maintenance of quality of service provision to the public
their people are our most important ambassadors for the brand, and our client works hard to ensure they have people on the team who can provide the best possible experience to everyone who walks through their door
4.To assist with maintaining the systems within the facility to ensure the adherence to and retention of Quest and IiP
demonstrate strong commercial awareness and business acumen in KPIs which includes reporting and understanding of financial figures and profit and loss

shifts will be based on a varying shift pattern, including daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
candidates are required to hold a current RLSS NPLQ qualification
we are currently recruiting for a Lifeguard to join our friendly and well managed team of Leisure Centre Assistants on a permanent 24-hour contract
job Types: Part-time, Permanent
pay: Up to £12.00 per hour
expected hours: 8 per week
