bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field
minimum of 5 years of experience in a spa or luxury hotel setting, preferably in a management role
in-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and techniques
proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of spa professionals
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external partners
strong financial management skills to monitor revenue, expenses, and budget performance
A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable spa experiences
excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and navigate challenges effectively

Responsibility

develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the spa and fitness center's operations, revenue, and guest satisfaction
oversee the spa's financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and budget management
maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all spa and fitness areas
collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and guest experience enhancement
stay up-to-date with industry trends, treatments, and technologies to continuously elevate the spa's offering
manage and supervise a team of spa and fitness professionals, ensuring their skills, training, and motivation are aligned with the hotel's standards and expectations
