previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential
familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is preferred

A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions is essential
hand tools: 1 year
install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial buildings
inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
remove old roofing materials and replace with new materials
install or repair flashing to prevent leaks
ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
clean and maintain work area and equipment
roofing: 5 years
painting & decorating: 5 years
construction: 1 year
